André Toussaint, Lateral Thinking
André is a qualified ICT professional with wide-ranging experience in IT
consulting and web-based
communications and sales. Coming from a traditional family business, he has substantial hands-on experience in sales and customer relations. He is responsible for London Media Group's strategy and vision, major client relationships and leading key engagements. Andre works on several projects led by the European Community such as EQUAL, Leonardo and EMERECU Tempus. In his free time he supports media projects like the international video community for youth, music and cultural diversity, Roots'n'Routes and hosts websites like Provokator Magazine , a community produced magazine and Charities like Trial of a child denied . Being half French,
half German, he blends good French taste with German precision.
Sandra Pennewiss, Mission Control
Sandra is the London Media Group's project management backbone. Detail-orientated and highly organized, skilled in juggling priorities and accustomed to a pressurised working environment with time-sensitive deadlines, she is Superwoman in co-ordination of workflow. Sandra makes sure that the creative bunch achieve the targets and objectives in the given time frame. Before her career in project management, Sandra studied at the German Police Academy and served as a special forces officer. Sandra's entrepreneurial publications were published in the International Journal of Entrepreneurship & Small Business, Edward Elgar UK – the handbook on research on indigenous entrepreneurship. Qualified by the German Industrial Chamber of Commerce you can await the usual "Vorsprung durch Effizienz".
Amerjit Walia, Management Consultant
Amerjit has over 25 years experience in human resource management and
manging projects. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel Development (CIPD), a member of Association for Project
Management (APM) and Project Management Institute (PMI). Amerjit is
also a Prince 2 practitioner. He has worked in the private, public and
voluntary sectors, heading the human resource function with
organisations such National Council for Voluntary Organisations, Thames
Valley Housing, Council for and Professional, Supplementary to
Medicine. Amerjit also has extensive international experience having
worked in China, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel, Spain, and the
Netherlands.
Andreas Karaiskos, Art Direction
Andreas is the London Media Group's very own visual alchemist. He has
the biggest Apple screen and he deserves it. Andreas is a proven
success in the world of creative consultancy. He was the founder of
Sugar and Spice, a well recognized UK based marketing company. We are
thrilled to have Andreas, a true Londoner with Cypriot origins, on our team. If we were playing Star Wars, he
would be Master Yoda.
Myroslava Halushka, Public Relations and Communications
Having been thrust under the contrast shower of British and Slavic
cultures from an early age, Myroslava has learnt to communicate with a
wide range of people, and most importantly to enjoy it. Intrepidly exploiting her fluent knowledge of English, Russian and
Ukrainian and adding her own charming tint to each, she is never lost
for words. She constantly travels between the UK and Ukraine, and has
since refused to settle down in either camp. She is the project’s
lively spark, melting ice and breaking language barriers. Myroslava’s
love of Slavic and Teutonic arts has led her to participate in a
variety of creative ventures. She is currently involved in organising
a Russian drama project for
under 16’s in London, as well as the creation of an art gallery of
acclaimed Ukrainian social realist Nepyipyvo in Kyiv.
Yvonne Berger, Design and Design Management
Yvonne leads our a team of highly skilled Designers and generates new concepts and strategies. Her experience in interdisciplinary collaborations and universal design inspires product development as well as consulting and managing design within a company, verified with a MA in Design Management out of Birmingham City University. After taking a First-Class Bachelor’s degree (hons.) at the German University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt as Industrial Designer, she developed her excellent creative skill set in various techniques (sketch, draft, virtual model making, prototyping, marketing). Developing and building on her skills obtained as a tool making engineer, like designing, planning and manufacturing of soft and hard moulds or tools, adding on sound expertise in materials and technologies. You have the idea – Yvonne is able to translate the idea into a concept, prototype, product, brand and implementation. Half Serbian, half German, Yvonne merges creative diversity with solid German engineering.
Dana Wilson, Photography
Dana is a Canadian photojournalist. She not only captures the light –
her images stir the emotions and stimulate the senses. She creates
images that people respond to. Dana is a producer with nearly a decade
of international experience as a photojournalist. She has recently
produced documentaries for the International Transport Federation and
Transport for London. Her recent photo documentaries from Albania,
Kosovo, and Macedonia have been published in Marketplace, Business Week, The Christian Science Monitor, and The Washington Post. Marc Jaquemin, Photography
Marc is a specialist in advertisement, art, and aviation photography.
After his apprenticeship as a professional advertisement photographer at BBDO in Frankfurt he studied photography at
the famous ICP in New York City. For the last five years, Marc has
spent most of his time photographing celebrities and models for
international campaigns. Marc is half French, half German; hence he
combines French feeling for art with solid German craftsmanship. After

James M. Girsch, PhD, Texting and Editing
James is our man of letters - our head writer. He takes care of
everthing that we put into words. A student of natural science,
history, music, and languages, James delights in harmonious cooperation
between written words and worldly business. His two decades of work as
a lexicographer, translator, and university teacher of literature,
history, and the Latin language have refined his ability to render
compelling prose on just about any subject. James has written scholarly
papers on medieval literature and science, dictionaries of many kinds,
and modern medical books. He now heads LMG’s editing section to ensure
first-class quality of written content for websites.
